What began as a small inn and restaurant, Freshwater Inn & Bistro in Gambo, evolved into Bistro on Roe in Gander in 2006—a beloved gathering place for food lovers seeking freshly prepared meals in Central Newfoundland. A decade later, in 2016, she introduced The Newfoundland Tea Company, a line of organic premium loose-leaf tea blends.
