From Henri & Miko Series
Autumn is a time for baking apples, and Miko bakes them into pies, cakes, scones and crumbles — or as she lovingly refers to them, crumb crumbs, which is just so much merrier to say. Here is an easy recipe for Miko’s Cinnamon Apple Crumb Crumb. She bakes it in the tiniest cast-iron skillet imaginable, but you can use any oven-safe dish.

Nada’s Tips & Tricks: This is an easy crumble that can substitute the apples for whatever fruit is in season. You can also use frozen fruit throughout the winter (just thaw and drain any liquid…you can use the fruit juice in a smoothie!).
