Nada’s Tips & Tricks: For stove top directions, add an extra cup of water, boil for 15 minutes and simmer for 70 minutes or until beans soften.  We used spinach instead of the green onions. For those hurry-up evenings when life is a flurry of activity, this is the perfect way to put a hearty and tasty meal on the table.  I made Jamaican corn bread or you can pick up a fresh crusty loaf of bread, and voila, dinner is served!
