Blue Cheese Dressing

from Don’t Honk Twice

I love chicken wings! I love all meats in all forms, but the chicken wing is special. Once considered a throwaway by many chefs, wings are now a staple of any pub menu. What I love the most are the potentially endless variations, but the best is blue cheese. So here’s my homemade blue cheese dressing that we serve at the Acoustic Grill. https://theacousticgrill.ca/

Ingredients

4 cups blue cheese (crumbled)

2 cups sour cream

4 cups mayonnaise

1 cup lemon juice

½ cup honey

1 tbsp minced garlic

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix gently. Do not blend—the chunks are important.

This recipe makes enough to feed a large, hungry crowd, but it halves (or even quarters) easily enough.

Nada’s Tips & Tricks: If you like blue cheese, you can’t go wrong with a pub recipe. Perfect for those parties on the back deck!
