Ingredients
Cranberries (can use fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Lemon
Fresh Rosemary
Brie
Pecans
TWIGZ Pretzels (flavour of your choosing)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350ºF
Place your brie on a piece of parchment paper on a sheet pan (the parchment is key for an easy transfer)
Bake for 12 – 15 minutes. You’ll know the brie is melted if you touch the top of the rind and it jiggles
Allow the brie cool for at least 15 minutes before transferring it
Add your cranberries, lemon, and sugar into a pot and warm over the stove till combined
Once your brie has cooled add your warm sauce
Sprinkle pecans on top and serve with TWIGZ
