Ste. Anne’s Everyday Recipes – Book Review

Are you entertaining friends on the back deck this summer? This book has just the right mix of healthy and delectable recipes. I served the Warm Potato Salad with dinner one night and it was a healthier version getting away from the mayonnaise base. My next lunch with the ladies will definitely include the Caramelized Three Onion Soup served with Cucumber & Cream Cheese Sandwiches. Our enthusiastic recipe tester Cathi R. tried the trout and loved it. Check out our recipes here!

The cookbook breaks out the recipes into

  • Break the Fast
  • Soups
  • Salads & Dressings
  • Sides, Snacks & Dips
  • Afternoon Tea
  • Dinner Hour

Although the recipes were developed by Chef Christopher Ennew, there was a team of collaborators who took the recipes from the professional kitchen and made them home cook friendly.

Along with the recipes are pictures luring you into a calmer peace of mind showcasing Ste. Anne’s many relaxing services. The book will inspire you to take some time out of your busy schedule to experience the spa’s food, ambience and healing touches.

This is not a beginner’s cookbook, although the recipes are easy to follow for most seasoned foodies. If you like fresh and healthy, you’ll taste the overall feel of the Spa – homegrown, healthy with a twist of elegance.
