Adrian and Jeremy optimize the new entertaining POV…long gone is the sit-down dinner with someone carving a roast/turkey and family style presentations of side dishes… as well as the next generation’s perfectly plated appetizer, entrée and dessert. Instead…people gather around nibbling goodies from a charcuterie board, small plates of fresh and healthy bites, and tasting menus served throughout the course of the evening. And, all while standing/sitting around the kitchen, chatting and prepping the food. Entertainment is about people connecting with each other and the food they are eating…less pretentious and more communal.
